Shipping times

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 8 weeks. Please check particular product page for more accurate estimate. Rush orders are available for extra cost. All items are shipped with insurance and tracking. We do our best to insure the delivery times of items but once we ship them we are at the mercy of the carrier. 

Refunds

PictureJewelry.com does not issue any refunds on customized products. Most orders on this site involve creating a one of a kind product that cannot be restocked. Exceptions may be made if there is a workmanship or material defect at the discretion of PictureJewelry.com . Any such defects must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to order as appropriate for your state. Currently in most cases there is no sales tax unless your reside in California.

Payments

We accept most major credit cards. We also accept checks for orders. Orders by check will be processed upon reciept and clearing of customers check.

International Orders

Please contacts us here for international orders. All international orders are subject to local laws and regulations. These conditions are beyond our control such as custom delays and fees.

Orders

We do photograph every item we make and ship. On occassion we will use those photos in our gallery or product pages or other areas of site. If you do not wish this to be done just let us know when ordering.
